Police say man hung himself while detained

Changdao County Town, Shandong Province: Boxun’s reporter has learned that around 5 or 6 a.m. on Friday Dec. 5, 2014, a man surnamed Liang died while detained at the local police station. The police said that he hung himself. Afterward, police paid his family members ¥980,000.
