Apartment owners beaten, injured and arrested

Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province: Apartment owners in Zhu Feng Interntional project have paid for heating but not received any. On the morning of Saturday, Oct. 15, 2014, more than 100 of them carried banners to the Zhu Feng real estate development headquarters on Huai’an Road and blocked traffic. After protesting for several hours, they were dispersed by a large number of police. Five people were arrested and one was injured.
