Exclusive Photo: Sun Lin Attended His Father’s Funeral Handcuffed

Sun Lin was arrested in May 2007 and sentenced to four years in prison because of his reporting activities for Boxun. Sun Lin’s father passed away on April 28, 2010, just about a year before Sun Lin’s release.

On May 3rd, 2010, Sun Lin had the approval to attend his father’s funeral. During the visit, his both hands were handcuffed and attached to the hands of two policemen.

Boxun published this photo for the first time. In order for the photo to be taken, the handcuffs were covered with clothes, but, as seen below, not completely.
