1.48 Million Guards in Beijing for 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress

18th Chinese Communist Party Congress will end today as November 14, 2012. According to the official report, Beijing organized 1.48 million guards forces to secure the conference. This video was taken a few hours ago by Boxun reporter. It shows so many guards with red armband. Most of the guards with red armband are retired men and women. The location is about 10 km away from Tiananmen Square. In another words, the guards will be more crowed in locations around Tiananmen Square. To stop the people from throwing posters from the buses, all windows of buses in Beijing are sealed by tape. This can be seen in the video too.
The new leaders will be announced on November 15th, but Boxun has published the names of next generation of leaders on November 8th.
