New Earthquake Reveals Old Corruption

People still remember the 2008 quake in Sichuan, much more school children were killed. Corruption caused school buildings to be the weakest. In one town, the only collapsed building is school. Individuals trying to investigate the truth was put behind the bar.

Boxun just learned that the new quake revealed the old corruption again. The angered Wen Jiabao even refused to visit the impacted area.

After 2008 quake, the central government ordered the areas that earthquake may hit to strenthen the school buildings, thus the buildings can resist quake of Rich 7.

Two things happened after Yushu quake:

1) Central government adjusted the actual grade of the quake from 7 to 7.1. The reason is that this quake damaged schools most seriously, government buildings appeared to be the strongest.

2) Wen Jiabao did not agree to adjust the magnitude, he may want to show his unsatisfaction, so he refused to visit the impacted area at the beginning.
