Chinese government wants Bing to replace Google

A high-ranking official said the Beijing government and Microsoft company have come to terms that Bing, the search engine developed by Microsoft, will be a replacement of Google once Google has left the market.

The official also said Microsoft has always been obeying the internet laws and associating with the Chinese government, for example shielding homepages or blogs containing sensitive materials, even those can exist in Sohu and Sina.
