GuangZhou Daily: In the mid-night of December 7th, 2009, a 19-year old girl was sitting in the back of motorcycle of her boyfriend. They saw a group of cyclists, they turned on the high beam lights. Her boy friend speed up and passed them. A few seconds later, the girl found blood on her leg, then realized she lost her right arm. She screamed. They went back to the location where cyclists used to be, and found the arm. They went to a small hospital, the doctor told them that they had to go to a larger hospital. The ambulence was outside, but the driver refused to take her and they did not have enough cash.

The ambulence driver agreed to go in more than one hour after they raised enough cash. When they arrived the hospital, it was too late, the doctor could not save the arm.
