How has State Bureau for Letters and Calls betrayed petitioners?

Beijing–After the long National Holidays, many petitioners have arrived the State Bureau for Letters and Calls office to fill in petition application forms.

After the registration process is completed, office staff would convince petitioners to leave from the back door, but the petitioners would never know the sweet words are traps.Once they have reached the back door, gang members will force them to get on a bus.

These petitioners will then be sent to a warehouse that has been remodeled into a temporary ˉjailˇ. All people will be searched and have their cell phones confiscated before being put into the temporary jail.
