62 years after “Land Reform Law”

Recently, a ceremony was held to mourn the victims of the “land reform law” launched in 1947.
“Land reform law” movement, which lasted decades, has cause wealth peasant to lose their lands and properties. Reform carriers have also classified these peasants as “class enemies”. Tones of people have been implicated and persecuted.

Today is October 10, 62 years ago, the Chinese government has launched the “land reform law” and decided to reconstruct our lands. 62 years later, the Chinese government has admitted all reform policies target the rural areas have failed; and the government has promised to bring in innovations to agricultural industry.
We all know that the reason for launching ” land reform law” is because only a handful of people, who owned most of the land, are wealthier than the others as the basic concept of communism is to share everything equally.
Today, the Chinese government has already “overthrown” many previous policies, but why not the “and reform law”?
In 2007 , Civil Aviation National People ‘s Congress has passes property laws to protect personal properties, which means, all private properties should be under the protections of the law. Therefore, should the lands, which was confiscated from the landlords 62 years ago, be returned?
