Boxun reports that at 3:20 p.m. on June 23, Hebei Province Cheng’an County, there was a slaying of a high school student. This is the second slaying of a high school student in Cheng’an county this year.

According to the slain students family members, Jin Changhui had just finished mid-term exams. He encountered Wang Jiahui, a dropout from the school. Wang stabbed Jin with a knife. Jin ran 20 meters, but his carotid artery was severed and he died on the spot.
