Shocking Video: Shelter Manager Beat a Woman

A woman -Zhang Yufan, with disabilities called Shan Yajuan – a civil right activist in Beijing on September 23. Zhang told that she was beaten by Shelter (government run) Manager badly. When Shan went to the Shelter, Zhang was being beaten by the manager. The scene was recorded, but only in less than 10 seconds, then Shan and her friends were beaten, very badly.
