Putting petitioners into mental hospital has become a very common way of treating petitioners.

Human right activists and lawyer Liu Shi Hui has risked his life, heading into one of the mental hospitals just to get a real picture of what is going on in there.

Liu reveals details saying doctors have been offering deals with patients, telling them if they give up their petition activities, they will soon be released.
