6-year old boy went home with broken leg, no treatment until pay enough

Xiangshan,Zhejiang Province: On December 11, this 6-year old boy -Zhihao was ran over by a car on street, the car ran away. Zhigao crawled back to home with his right leg broken into three parts. A few days later, his leg has not been treated as his family cannot raise enough money. This is a story reported by Xinhua News on December 18.
