Boxun has learned that Henan Province-based People’s Armed Police 128th Army is encamped in Shenzhen, ready to head to Hong Kong to quell the protests. Occupy Central prisoners may need to be detained on the Mainland because Hong Kong’s jails and prison cells aren’t sufficient.

The day the Fourth Plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China (CCP) Congress opened in Beijing (Monday, Oct. 20), all state television and film channels broadcast a Jackie Chan film. This was to support Jackie Chan for his opposition to the Occupy Central protests. Hong Kong has dozens of show business celebrities supporting the Occupy Central movement, Jackie Chan is one of the few who supported the violent suppression of the June 4, 1989 student protests in Tiananmen Square.
