Ai Weiwei discovers bugs in his Beijing art studio

Boxun reports that on Sunday October 4, 2015, Ai Weiwei returned to Beijing. He was remodeling his art studio, and accidentally discovered the explanation for a mystery from four years ago i.e. that there are secret listening devices installed in his studio.

Attorney Liu Xiaoyuan said: “Ai Weiwei returned to Beijing and was preparing to remodel his art studio. He discovered a secret listening device in a wall outlet. There wasn’t just one, there was another in his bedroom. The installation was done quite professionally.”
