[Bowen News Service] This news service obtained video, shot from a distance. of the whole process of Chinese petitioner Ma Yongtian intercepting the motorcade of Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan in Washington D.C. on Sept. 25.
Two other petitoiners Li Huanjun (from Beijing) and Ge Lifang (from Shanghai) stopped Xi’s fleet 10 minutes earlier.
