Dissidents Wei Jingsheng and Wang Juntao organize protest against Alibaba’s listing on the New York  Stock Exchange
— reported by Boxun News, Beijing time May 10, 2014

When Jack Ma was interviewed in Hong Kong in July 2013 by the South China
Morning Post, he praised Deng Xiaoping’s actions during the June 4 Tiananmen Square
Massacre in Beijing in 1989, describing Deng’s decision to send troops against unarmed demonstrators as the “most
correct decision at that time.”  His remark immediately aroused strong reactions at home and abroad.  Chinese dissidents even organized a joint
protest.  Wei Jingsheng, the well-known dissident in the United States, believes Jack Ma’s support of Deng’s decision makes him an after-the-fact accomplice to the June 4 Massacre.

Wei Jingsheng, still recovering from a major illness, learned that Jack Ma is coming to New York to list Alibaba on the stock
market.  He immediately prepared to intervene in an effort to block this
listing.  Huang Ciping, the director in charge of the Wei Jingsheng
Foundation, and lawyer Ye Ning, the legal advisor, drafted reports in
English to be sent to the U.S. Congress and the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission.  Lawyer Ye Ning said, “We need to seize
the time to notify the NYSE and the Congress to stop Jack Ma, this
accomplice of a butcher, from getting cash from American people through
the stock exchange, to harm the Chinese people.  We must let
the American government, the Congress, and the American people know
that Jack Ma was voted the most disgusting political and economic rogue by
the Chinese people on the Internet.  This will be a touchstone telling if the United States is a country based on
economic interest or justice.”

According to the National Committee of the Chinese
Democratic Party, Wang Juntao, well-known dissident and co-chair of
the Chinese Democratic Party, decided to protest in Times Square and the New York Stock Exchange against Jack Ma’s effort to come to the American Market.

67, in less than 2 days.  The following are the top dozen comments posted
following the report.)

1. Support the effort to block Jack Ma, this Communist pawn!

2. Ma is a ghost made by his own money and obsessed by evil.  Show him the
road to the West Paradise!

3. Why don’t these people with lofty ideals organize a team to eliminate
such evils, specifically this type of shameless profiteer and cunning
bandit.  China under the manipulation of these Xi Jinping type reactionary
gangs and their accomplices will inevitably move toward major riot and a
big split.  Now is the time to do something.

4. Hope this effort to block is a success!  Behind Jack Ma, it is all
crony capitalism.

5. I have just donated $100 to join the effort to strip the mask of Jack
Ma.  This will be one of the most significant events in 2014 to
commemorate June 4 Massacre.

6. It is Jack Ma’s right to sell Alibaba on the stock market.  However,
these people who want to expose Jack Ma and point at his spine are heroes.
Fortunately, all this activity will happen in the USA under the sunshine.
Jack Ma should also pay a price for his own words and conduct.  These are
all nature.  Why are there some comments not so reasonable?

7. The first person who paved the road for Jack Ma was Mr. Yang Han of
Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, the only
proofreader of translation in Zhejiang at that time.  To make himself
famous, Jack Ma boldly got into Yang’s home to take photos and videos, and
even made promises as well.  Thus he was able to open translation agencies
with Yang’s name.  After he became successful, he did not even bother to
send a message of condolence when Yang’s family informed him of Yang’s
death.  Such a despicable man!!!

8. Never seen a more disgusting person than Jack Ma, who uses his looks to
cover up an even more ugly soul.  Absolutely he is not a normal person!  I
do not understand how this kind of person got rich?  I would never use his
dog feces like Alibaba.

9. When they said that Jack Ma was rated as the most disgusting political
and economic rogue by the Chinese people online, I laughed.  I ask these
people come to mainland China to have a field trip, then rate who is the
most disgusting political and economic rogue.

10. I support this effort to block Jack Ma!  Is his wealth clean?  A
typical dog-like flunky!  It is not that he is ugly, but he also did not
say things humans would say.  I wish he is dead!

11. This is a real commemoration of the June 4 Massacre.  The overseas
democracy movement has made the right move to hit the running dog when yet
to reach its owner.  This is smarter and more useful than having meetings,
discussions, and demonstrations.

12. Good!  Excellent!!  Tribute to Wei Jingsheng and Wang Juntao!
