Gu Kailai Put on Trial under Heavy Guard

On August 9, Gu Kailai was put on trial in Hefei. Boxun published the pictures before the trial started, along with exclusive news on Wang Pengfei.

Wang Pengfei is the assistant of Wang Lijun who went to the US Consulate to seek protection. By risking his life, Wang Pengfei kept the blood sample that became the key evidence of the murder of Heywood. Because of Wang Pengfei’s refuse to cooperate, Gu Kailai ordered to have him jailed. On August 10th, during the trial, Wang Pengfei and three others will be trialed for assisting Gu Kailai. Boxun’s report shows that Wang Pengfei is charged unfairly.
