Boxun reports that on Thursday August 13 a petitioner conducted a protest in front of the Ministry of Health in Beijing over his stolen kidney. The event took place in 2005 in Henan Province’s Puyang Traditional Medicine Hospital. The middle-aged man was admitted for an inflammation, and charges that the hospital removed his kidney and sold it to a rich patient.

The petitioner has been protesting for 10 days. He does not leave to eat or sleep, and has vowed to die there if his case is not resolved.

Ironically, there is a man with a child petitioning at the Health Ministry gate with a sign up saying that his kidney is for sale.
