Boxun reports that as of Thursday August 6 Beijing residents have been blocking off for three days a gas station they believe is in danger of exploding.

The gas station is only 20 meters from the nearest high rise. They don’t believe this gas station should be so close to a residential area. They have tried to appeal the removal of the gas station through normal channels, but nothing has come of it. So they have opted for this protest.
