Boxun reports that at 10 p.m. Wednesday July 22 in the Hunan province capital city Changsha’s Furong district, police arrested Xie Fulin and younger brother Xie Shulin on charges of “illegally stealing electricity.” There has been no word from them as of yet (their home phone number is 073184423756).

Xie Fulin is a real estate proprietor and has been petitioning over the government’s illegal seizure of private property.
