Boxun reports that Zhang Huaiyang, a 27-year-old online activist from Liaoning Province’s capital city of Shenyang, has been sentenced to 18 months reform through labor for his online activism surrounding this year’s 20th anniversary of the June 4, 1989 Tiananmen Massacre.
