Wengui Guo (Miles Kwok) , Business Tycoon wanted by China, seeking stay in USA by fabricating documents

Mr. Wengui Guo (or Kwok) has become a popular figure on the Internet by posting videos in which he claims to expose corruption in China. Ironically, Mr. Guo got wealthy by cooperating with corrupt officials, such as Ma Jian, the ex-vice Minister of Security. Mr. Guo is responsible for many cyberattacks to Boxun’s server since 2012. Mr. Guo also hired Investigators to track the whereabouts of Watson Meng (founder of Boxun) in the USA. Boxun reported this to authorities, but Mr. Guo is still at large, and he boasted about his relationship with US authorities, saying on his videos that USA officials meet him frequently and protect him.

Mr. Guo trated his lawyers with nine bottles of Wine ($31K value) in one dinner in March 2017. Guo says these two are DA, and they discussed about how to send Watson Meng to jail

Mr. Guo used secretly recorded sex videos to take down Liu Zhihua, Beijing vice mayor. Boxun learned from a reliable source that Guo successfully videotaped foreign politicians having sex during their visits to China and even in their home countries. At least one prime minister of G7 was videotaped when he visited China and stayed in Pangu. It is time for the USA or other countries to investigate which politicians have stayed in Pangu (Beijing) and have close relationship with Guo, or have been promoting relationships with China by ignoring human rights and other sensitive issues. Major governments should issue a warning for all officials whose work is relevant to China: if they have sex with girls (arranged by Chinese businessman or secret service), their sex will be taped for sure and be used against them to betray their country.

The story is more intriguing as many recorded phone calls or meetings by Guo or his assistant were published online, even Mr. Guo’s sex with his female assistants. Mr. Guo claimed that he has been loyal to his wife for decades.
