[Bowen News Service Exclusive News] On Wednesday September 30, 2015 there was a series of bomb explosions in Liuzhou Municipality, Guangxi Province, resulting in at least 60 casualties. This news service has learned that the suspect in the bombings is a local man, 33 years old, a Zhuang ethnic minority who was sentenced to “reeducation through labor” by the local authorities. After being released, he sought retaliation against the local government and public organs. It’s believed that his specific complaint relates to a forced demolition. Because of the October National Day holiday, his crime is considered retaliation, but the Central Propaganda Department ordered all media to remove this from headlines and forbid them from sensationalizing it.
