Boy struggled for three minutes with no one attempting to save him

Recently a boy almost drowned in a swimming in pool in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Video reveals that after he jumped into the pool he began to struggle. But because the water was too deep and he wasn’t able to swim, he could only continually slap on the water. There were adults very nearby, but none attempted to save him, and after struggling for a minute he slowly sank under the water. Afterward a lifeguard wearing yellow clothes pulled the boy up from the bottom of the pool, he had been under water for more than three minutes. The boy is eight years old, that day his father brought him to the pool to learn how to swim. After he was brought to the surface he was resuscitated and at present is in the hospital undergoing treatment.
