Activist Hu Jia was attacked

The famous activist Hu Jia was attacked in Beijing on July 16 shortly after 8 p.m. A few persons beat him on a street close to a subway station. His glasses were gone and his nose was bleeding. It is believed that attackers were plainclothes police.
